1. Who we are
VapeArena is an online store that sells vape devices, pods, coils, e-liquids and accessories to customers in Pakistan. We operate online only and do not run a walk-in shop. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +92 320 8516019 or by email at WhatsApp +92 320 8516019.
2. Age restriction (18+)
Our products are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. We may ask for proof of age and we may cancel or refuse any order if we believe the buyer is under 18. Please keep products out of the reach of children and non-smokers.
3. Health notice
Nicotine is addictive. Products that contain nicotine are intended only for adults who already use nicotine. They are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone with a heart condition. We do not make medical claims about any product.
4. Products and prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on each product page.
- We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate. If we find a mistake we may correct it or cancel the order and tell you.
- Stock changes quickly. An order is confirmed only after our team accepts it, usually by WhatsApp or phone call.
- Product photos are for reference. Packaging may differ slightly from the picture.
5. Ordering and payment
You can order on this website or on WhatsApp. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Any other payment method that is available will be shown at checkout. Please give a correct name, phone number and full address so that the courier can reach you.
6. Delivery
- Lahore: same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed during working hours. Delivery is made by a local rider.
- Rest of Pakistan: we ship with Leopards Courier. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Remote areas can take longer.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect them.
- Please inspect the parcel when you receive it. If the parcel is torn or visibly damaged, tell the rider before you accept it and contact us straight away.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled.
8. Returns, replacements and refunds
- If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the parcel and the product.
- After we check the claim, we will replace the item or, if a replacement is not possible, refund you.
- For hygiene and safety, e-liquids, pods, coils and other consumables that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- We do not accept returns for a change of mind on opened products.
- Approved refunds are paid back within 5 to 7 working days using the method we agree with you.
9. Batteries and device safety
Use the charger that comes with your device, do not leave it charging unattended, and keep it away from heat and water. We are not responsible for damage that comes from misuse, modified devices or non-original chargers.
10. Warranty
Where a brand provides a warranty, it is a manufacturer warranty and its terms apply. Please ask us on WhatsApp before you buy if you need warranty details for a specific product.
11. Your personal information
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Website use
All text, images and logos on this website belong to VapeArena or their owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective brands.
13. Limits of our responsibility
We do our best to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
