How do I place an order?

How much time does delivery take?
In Lahore we offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed during working hours, by a local rider. For other cities we ship with Leopards Courier, which usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Remote areas can take longer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Any other payment option will be shown at checkout.
What are the delivery charges?
If any delivery charge applies it is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is handed to the courier we send you the tracking details on WhatsApp or by email.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or with your order number. After the parcel is handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled.
What if I get a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the parcel and the product. We will replace the item or refund you after we check it. For hygiene reasons opened or used e-liquids, pods and coils cannot be returned unless they are faulty. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. Our products are for adults aged 18 and over only, and we may ask for proof of age.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. VapeArena is an online store only. We deliver to your door.
